WELCOME TO INTEGRITY PHYSICAL THERAPY!

Integrity Physical Therapy is a group of therapists and staff who are committed to providing superior clinical care and unmatched customer service. Since we opened our doors in January 2004, we have started more than 17 clinics throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. This is truly a remarkable accomplishment for all of the clinicians and individuals involved. We have made your therapy needs our priority and have worked very hard to ensure that we are able to meet the demands of our patients.

Our clinical team is comprised of experienced therapists who offer an average of 10+ years of clinical practice. It is important to us that you are treated by the same therapist each time that you walk through our door, guaranteeing a consistent standard of quality care. We want you to enjoy the time you spend with us and be comfortable during your experience with Integrity Physical Therapy. Most importantly, we want you to know that we care about you as a person.

In keeping with Benchmark's philosophy, and our own, we believe that to truly be a successful business, you must be involved in the community you serve. For us, this may mean offering injury screenings during a local race, doing an analysis of an athlete or providing physicals with physicians to high school athletic teams. Giving back to the community is always in the forefront of our minds.

What does all of this mean to you, the patient? You will gain from our experience and our commitment to those we serve. We have seen cases similar to yours before, and can help you get back on the road to recovery. In fact, I encourage you to test our clinicians' knowledge and gain from their many years of expertise!
